On August 8, Yamuna Development Authority has introduced the plan for 1184 residential plots. The CEO of Yamuna Authority has now extended the deadline, which was originally set for 1 September 2023. You may currently apply for a plot under this plan through September 4, 2023.
Submit Your Plot Application by September 4, 2023
The website will begin accepting applications on August 8, 2023, according to Yamuna Development Authority Chief Executive Officer Dr. Arunveer Singh. The deadline for applications was extended to 1 September 2023. You have until September 4, 2023, to submit an application for a plot under this plan. Applications will thereafter be accepted through a draw on October 18, 2023. He stated that this is a chance for individuals who want to construct a home close to Noida International Airport. In this plan, there are 194 120 square metre plots. 34 of the plots were set aside for farmers under the 17% quota, and 10 were set aside for business owners in functional sectors.
Diverse Plot Sizes and Allocations
There are also 260 plots totaling 162 square metres. wherein 13 plots are set aside for entrepreneurs and 45 plots are designated for farmers. There are 466 200 square metre plots there. Of these, 23 plots are set aside for entrepreneurs, and 82 plots are designated for farmers. There are also 208 300 square metre plots available. Of these, 10 are set aside for industry, and 36 are designated for farmers. There are 24 plots totaling 500 square metres, according to the information we have. Four of these are set aside for farmers, while one is set aside for businesspeople. There are thirteen plots totaling 1,000 square metres. Out of which two plots are set aside for farmers and one for businesspeople. There are 19 2000 square metre plots in total. which has one plot for entrepreneurs and three plots set aside for farmers. As a result, 206 plots out of a total of 1,184 plots have been set aside for farmers, and 59 plots have been set aside for business owners. For SC-ST applicants, there is no registration fee.
