Pappu Yadav Viral Video: NCP Leader Baba Siddiqui Murdered, Pappu Yadav’s Stand on Lawrence Bishnoi Softens After Initial Threats

Pappu Yadav Viral Video: In a shocking incident on the night of October 12, 2024, Baba Siddiqui, a former Maharashtra minister and leader of the NCP (Ajit Pawar faction), was shot dead by members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The assassination has sent shockwaves through political circles, and it has drawn strong reactions from leaders across the country. One of the most vocal reactions came from Purnia MP, Pappu Yadav, who expressed deep sorrow over the incident and issued a sharp statement the following day, calling Lawrence Bishnoi a “two-bit criminal.” Yadav even went as far as to say that if given legal permission, he could dismantle Bishnoi’s entire network within 24 hours.

However, five days after his bold statement, Yadav’s tone appeared to have changed. During a press conference today, when a journalist asked about Lawrence Bishnoi, Yadav became visibly upset, refusing to discuss the issue. “I had clearly said not to ask about this… don’t try to be too smart,” Yadav retorted, showing his frustration. This shift in Yadav’s stance has raised eyebrows, with many questioning why he has suddenly become reluctant to address the issue after previously issuing such strong threats.

Pappu Yadav’s Initial Reaction to Baba Siddiqui’s Murder

On October 13, just a day after the assassination, Pappu Yadav took to social media to express his outrage over the murder of Baba Siddiqui, calling it a sign of “Maha Jungle Raj” in Maharashtra. He criticized the Maharashtra government, led by the BJP coalition, for failing to protect a high-profile leader like Siddiqui, despite his Y-level security. “If the government can’t protect such a prominent figure, what will happen to the common people?” Yadav asked in his tweet.

Yadav’s tweet from October 13 read:
“Maharashtra is in a state of Jungle Raj. The murder of former minister Baba Siddiqui, who was under Y-security, is shameful proof of this. The BJP-led government in Maharashtra cannot even protect its most influential leaders; what will happen to the rest of us?”

He also targeted the growing influence of criminals like Lawrence Bishnoi, who have been orchestrating murders while sitting behind bars. “If the law allows, I will dismantle Bishnoi’s entire network within 24 hours,” Yadav declared in a strongly-worded tweet.

Yadav’s Change in Tone After Five Days

Despite his initial strong stance, Pappu Yadav’s attitude toward discussing the Lawrence Bishnoi gang appears to have softened. During today’s press conference, he seemed uncomfortable when asked about Bishnoi, reacting angrily to the journalist’s question and refusing to entertain further discussion on the matter. This sudden change in tone has led to speculation about what may have prompted Yadav’s hesitation. Many wonder if there are deeper political or security concerns at play.

The murder of Baba Siddiqui, and Yadav’s evolving reactions, have highlighted the increasing concerns over law and order in Maharashtra, especially with notorious gangs like Lawrence Bishnoi’s continuing to operate with impunity. The incident has also added to the ongoing debate about the safety and protection of political figures in the state.
