Patna News: ‘All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy’ the phrase has been proved wrong by this 14 year old who has won 15 Gold medals in shooting. Rishika has made her name in the state to the National level. Rishika Raj got the inspiration from Bihar’s Gold girl Shreyasi Singh, her father used to tell her about Shreyasi’s achievements and Rishika got a lot of motivation from her. She also used to give her tips about shooting which helped Rishika in her sport.

Rishika Raj aspires to win Gold in Olympics
Rishika’s Father wanted one of his kids to achieve a name in the fieild of sports. Rishika says she was always inclined towards sports since she was a child, and she pursued her dream. Being in the army her father used to tell her about guns, this helped Rishika in her shooting. She is also giving trials to appear in the Indian team.
Rishika: My family is my greatest strength
She dreams of winning Gold in the Olympics one day and wants to represent her state Bihar. Rishika Raj is a resident of Patna and her father Mukesh Raj is currently posted as a Hawaldar in the Kotwali Police Station. Her Mother is lawyer in the Patna High Court. He says her father had been her coach since her childhood and her mother accompanies her after she comes back from work. She aspires to win a Gold in Olympics for her country one day.
