Patna News: Thousands of students who scored more than 80 percent marks in the 10th and 12th board exams were honored with medals and commendation certificates today. This felicitation ceremony was organized by the Bihar Public School and Children Welfare Association at Ravindra Bhavan, Patna.

Mount Carmel High School, St. Dominic Savios High School, Notre Dame Academy, Don Bosco Academy, DY Patil International School, Tribhuvan School, Scholars Abode School, Bihta Public School, Shri Ram Centennial School, Gyan Niketan School, RPS School , St. Karen’s School, Mother International School,Happy High School, Arvind Yeh Mount Academy, West Point Public School, N G R Public School, Jesus Christ School, Sanskar International School, Shifton Public School. Prakriti School, Shivam International School, T. Raza School, Cambrian Convent School, Mayfield Global School, Vidya Niketan School, Sinha Model High School, Patna Central School, Doni Polo School, Leeds Asian School, SD V School, St. Mary’s School, Krishna Children of Niketan School and other schools were felicitated.
The program began with the lighting of the lamp. Then the students of Sanskar International School and Jesus Christ School added charm to the program by presenting welcome songs, Ganesh Vandana dance and plays based on environmental protection. Industries Minister of Bihar Government Sameer Kumar Mahaseth was present as the chief guest. He said that coming to the program of this organization, it seems that work is really being done to promote education. The enthusiasm of the children shows that they must have worked hard to get this award.
In this function, on behalf of the organization, Dr. D.K. Singh, Dr. S. M. Sohail, Prem Ranjan, Vijay Kumar Singh, Ashok Kumar, Manan Kumar Sinha, Devendra Savarn, Raghuvansh Kumar, Parshuram Singh, Nishant Kumar, Vinay Kumar Sinha and others were present. During the vote of thanks, Prem Ranjan, secretary of the organization expressed his gratitude to the guests present and said that the students wait for this program every year. Calls from children and parents start pouring in from the time the result is declared.
