Patna News: Several Trains delayed due to heavy fog, no relief in people’s suffering

Patna News: The bad weather in North India has abruptly changed since the beginning of the third week of January. The cold situation of the capital city Patna is very extreme and the dense fog is also affecting the railway routes. The minimum temperature of the day since the last few days lies below 10° celsius.

The train routes between Delhi, Kanpur, Prayagraj, DDU and Patna are mostly being impacted by poor weather.

Due to heavy fog, the trains coming to this route are unable to run at the normal speed. Super Express Trains and Express Trains are more delayed than usual. All the three important Railway stations – Patna Junction, Patliputra Junction & Rajendra Nagar Terminal of the city are being affected by this.

The trains Kamakhya-Anand vihar North East Express (12506), Islampur-Hatia Express (18623), Delhi-Malda Town Farakka Express (13484), and numerous others arrived later than expected. The train’s route has an impact on every station it passes.

Passengers are primarily affected by the delayed railway routes. People are running behind schedule to arrive at or leave a location. Passengers planning to travel to Ayodhya on January 22 may be impacted. Due to inclement weather, there is a possibility that those trains will be delayed.
