The Punjab unit of the Aam Aadmi Party has said that the government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is focusing on grassroots development to bring villages on par with urban areas in terms of infrastructure and basic facilities.
In a recent social media statement, the party claimed that development work is being carried out at the ground level across Punjab, ranging from providing canal water for agricultural fields to constructing paved streets in rural localities. According to the post, the government’s objective is to ensure that residents receive essential civic amenities regardless of whether they live in cities or villages.

The party asserted that visible changes are taking place in villages due to ongoing projects, describing it as a transformation in rural appearance and living standards.
