The party highlighted welfare measures introduced by the government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, stating that financial assistance schemes are aimed at providing relief to economically weaker sections.
According to the post, the government has introduced monthly assistance of ₹1,000 and ₹1,500 for eligible beneficiaries, as part of efforts to support vulnerable groups and improve their living conditions.
AAP Punjab said these initiatives are intended to reduce financial stress among poorer households and ensure that government support reaches those who need it the most.
The party added that such welfare programmes reflect the state government’s commitment to prioritising the needs of ordinary citizens and strengthening social security in Punjab.
The post also stated that the state government is focusing on inclusive development policies aimed at improving the quality of life for economically weaker sections, particularly those who have struggled due to rising living costs.
Party leaders further claimed that welfare schemes and direct financial support are part of a broader strategy to ensure that government resources reach the grassroots level and provide meaningful assistance to vulnerable families across the state.
