Arvind Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann to Launch ‘CM di Yogshala’ to Promote Healthy Living in Punjab

CM di Yogshala: Arvind Kejriwal, the national convener of the AAP, and Bhagwant Mann, the chief minister of Punjab, will begin the “CM di Yogshala” programme on Wednesday, the party announced in a statement. The announcement comes a day after Mann stated that the “CM di Yogshala” project would initially be launched in four cities, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Phagwara, and Patiala. Balbir Singh, the Punjab’s health minister, announced on Tuesday that the state government has established a helpline at (769) 9400 500 where people can leave a missed call to request a free yoga instructor.

He said that people will have access to a variety of diet and yoga-related information. “Many people today are afflicted with ailments that affect their hearts, blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and respiratory systems. These patients can all benefit greatly from therapeutic yoga, “Said Singh. According to him, 60 persons have received yoga teacher training at Guru Ravidas University as part of the “CM di Yogshala” project. “CM di Yogshala” will help individuals live healthier lives and make it simple for them to find qualified yoga instructors.

Yoga meditation centre next to ‘Aam Aadmi’ clinics

According to the health minister, a better lifestyle and regular yoga exercise considerably lower the risks of numerous ailments, hence there will be a yoga meditation centre next to “Aam Aadmi” clinics. According to Singh, CM Mann’s goal for the state is to become “Rangla Punjab” (vibrant), and only a healthy Punjab can be progressive Punjab.
