Continuing its aggressive anti-drug campaign ‘Yudh Nashian Virudh’, Bhagwant Mann carried out multiple raids across the state, leading to the arrest of 89 drug smugglers on Day 413 of the operation.

During the latest operation, police teams conducted coordinated raids at various locations, leading to the arrest of 89 drug smugglers involved in illegal drug networks.

Authorities recovered 74.5 kg of heroin, along with 3,299 intoxicant tablets and capsules, and ₹13,080 in drug money, highlighting the scale of ongoing drug-related activities.

Focus on Rehabilitation

In addition to enforcement, 28 individuals were persuaded to undergo de-addiction and rehabilitation treatment, reflecting a balanced approach towards tackling drug abuse.
