The Bhagwant Mann-led Punjab government has intensified road development across the state, with officials stating that infrastructure work is being carried out on the ground rather than remaining limited to announcements. The government says the visible progress is earning widespread public appreciation.
According to information shared by AAP Punjab, road construction and strengthening work is continuously underway across more than 44,000 kilometres in different parts of the state. The initiative aims to improve connectivity, reduce travel time and enhance road safety for commuters.

AAP Punjab said that unlike previous governments, which focused largely on promises, the Mann government is prioritising execution at the grassroots level. Roads in rural, urban and semi-urban areas are being upgraded simultaneously to ensure balanced infrastructure development.
