Highlighting the achievements of the Punjab Government over the past three years, Dr. Baljit Kaur said that more than one million Dalit students have benefited from scholarship schemes aimed at making quality education accessible to deserving youth. She emphasized that these initiatives have helped thousands of students continue their studies without financial barriers.
The minister also noted that the government has provided employment opportunities to around 10,000 Anganwadi workers and helpers, strengthening the state’s social welfare system while creating stable jobs for women. She said the transparent recruitment process reflects the government’s commitment to fair and merit-based employment.
