The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) will conduct its first mega auction of 2026 from January 14 to February 11, offering a total of 42 sites of different categories. The cumulative value of these sites is estimated at ₹5,460 crore, making it one of the most significant real estate initiatives announced by the Mann government so far.

According to the minister, the auction will include a variety of commercial, residential, and mixed-use sites, catering to investors, businesses, and developers from different segments.
