According to AAP Punjab, law enforcement agencies exposed a large-scale drug network in Amritsar, leading to the seizure of 4 kilograms of heroin. Four accused were arrested in connection with the case, marking a significant breakthrough in the ongoing crackdown against narcotics.

The action is part of the Mann government’s sustained campaign to eliminate drug trafficking and dismantle organised drug syndicates operating across the state. AAP leaders said the latest recovery reflects improved intelligence coordination and swift ground-level action by the police.
