According to AAP Punjab, the patient was able to undergo cancer treatment after receiving a health card that provides medical coverage of up to ₹10 lakh. The party said the card was issued within one day, allowing the patient to begin treatment without delay.
Mann Says Cancer Patient Received Timely Free Treatment
The party credited the Bhagwant Mann-led Punjab Government for expanding access to affordable healthcare and ensuring that eligible beneficiaries receive prompt medical assistance through the scheme.
Sharing the update under the campaign hashtag #AAPKaSehatCard, AAP Punjab said the initiative is aimed at reducing the financial burden on families facing serious illnesses by providing cashless treatment for eligible patients.
