Bhagwant Mann Highlights Progress in Education, Health and Employment

CM Mann said the Punjab government is focused on filling the state with “colours of happiness” by ensuring better access to education, improved health facilities, and meaningful employment opportunities. He emphasised that these three pillars form the foundation of long-term social and economic development.

Chief Minister highlighted efforts to upgrade government schools

In the education sector, the Chief Minister highlighted efforts to upgrade government schools, improve infrastructure, and raise teaching standards. The government’s focus, he said, is on providing quality education so that students from Punjab can compete nationally and globally without being forced to seek opportunities elsewhere.

Speaking on healthcare, Bhagwant Mann said the state has prioritised accessible and affordable health services for all citizens. Strengthening public hospitals, expanding primary healthcare facilities, and improving medical services have been central to the government’s approach to ensuring better health outcomes, particularly for rural and underprivileged populations.

On employment, the Chief Minister underlined that the government is creating government job opportunities for youth to curb the trend of migration abroad. By providing stable employment within the state, the government aims to retain talent, reduce brain drain, and give young people a future rooted in Punjab.

Bhagwant Mann stated that his government is working with a sense of responsibility entrusted by the people of Punjab and is committed to delivering visible results on the ground. He expressed confidence that sustained efforts in education, health, and employment will soon reflect in a stronger, more vibrant Punjab.

Reaffirming his vision, the Chief Minister said that with honest governance and people-centric policies, Punjab is steadily moving towards becoming the “Rangla Punjab” envisioned by its people.
