Punjab Police continued its statewide campaign against organised crime under ‘Gangstran Te Vaar’, carrying out extensive raids in coordination with the Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) across Punjab.

According to Punjab Police, 829 raids were conducted at identified locations across the state, resulting in the arrest of 570 individuals. The operation also led to the apprehension of 15 proclaimed offenders and the recovery of 15 weapons.
With the latest action, the total number of arrests made since the launch of the anti-gangster campaign has reached 43,697, reflecting the state’s sustained efforts to dismantle criminal networks and curb gang-related activities.
