Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann held a high-level meeting in Chandigarh with police commissioners, SSPs of all districts, and senior Punjab Police officials to review the state’s law and order situation. Mann also reviewed the progress of ongoing enforcement drives, including the state’s anti-drug campaign “Yudh Nashian Virudh” and the crackdown initiative “War on Gangsters.” He asked officers to intensify field-level operations, improve coordination between districts, and adopt intelligence-based strategies to dismantle criminal networks.
