During a live ceremony held in Chandigarh, CM Mann distributed appointment letters to newly selected candidates across various government departments. The event marked another milestone in the state’s continuous efforts to curb unemployment and strengthen public institutions through transparent recruitment.

Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said that the Mission Rozgar initiative is not just about jobs, but about building a self-reliant and prosperous Punjab. He emphasized that merit-based recruitment has replaced political favoritism, ensuring that deserving candidates get opportunities purely on the basis of their talent and dedication.
CM Mann further stated that since the launch of the initiative, thousands of youth have been appointed in education, health, police, and administrative sectors. “We are building a Punjab where every young person has the chance to contribute to the state’s development,” he added.
The state government has also announced that similar employment drives will continue in the coming months, focusing on education and skill development, so that students are better equipped for emerging job opportunities in both government and private sectors.
