CM’s Vision for Punjab:
Chief Minister Mann expressed confidence that Punjab would soon become a leading state in the country across various domains. He highlighted the emerging trend of ‘reverse migration,’ where youth who had settled abroad are returning to Punjab to secure government jobs. He anticipated that introducing initiatives such as employing sportspersons would also trigger a reverse trend in the sports arena. The Chief Minister believes that top players from other states would actively seek to be part of Punjab’s government initiatives in sports.
This strategic move not only recognizes the achievements of these athletes but also aims to encourage and integrate sports talents into key administrative roles, fostering a holistic development approach in the state.
