The Punjab government, under Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, is setting an example with its ambitious ‘Mission Rozgar.’ Without corruption or favoritism, the Mann government has successfully recruited over 50,000 candidates in the last 35 months. This achievement marks a significant milestone. During a recent meeting with education department officials in Chandigarh, CM Bhagwant Mann stressed the need to accelerate the recruitment process for 3,381 ETT teachers. His government’s focused efforts have brought remarkable improvements to Punjab’s education sector, ensuring quality education for children from economically weaker backgrounds.

CM Bhagwant Mann’s Government Crosses 50,000 Appointments Milestone

In an official update on social media, CM Bhagwant Mann highlighted the latest recruitment figures. He stated, “A review meeting was held with the officials of the Education Department in Chandigarh the other day. 3381 E.T.T. Asked to complete the recruitment process of teachers. Appointment letters will be handed over to these teachers soon."

He further said, "For the first time in the history of the state, a government has given jobs to 50,892 youth within 35 months of coming to power. Out of which more than 11,000 jobs are given only in education department, which is the main priority sector of our government. I assure Punjabis that everyone's problems will be solved and everyone will be provided employment as per their merit."

‘Mission Rozgar’ Brings Major Transformations in Punjab’s Education Sector

A key highlight of ‘Mission Rozgar’ is its impact on education. Out of the 50,000 jobs, over 11,000 have been dedicated to strengthening the teaching workforce. Government schools now have well-qualified teachers selected purely on merit. This initiative is expected to enhance the quality of education, empowering students to contribute to Punjab’s progress.

Beyond recruitment, CM Bhagwant Mann’s government has introduced Schools of Eminence and launched free coaching programs for JEE Mains and NEET aspirants. These reforms are making Punjab’s education system more accessible and competitive.
