Addressing the audience, Chief Minister Mann described the rally as a celebration of the ongoing development in Punjab. He emphasized that in the last 25 years, only a handful of individuals had governed the state, exploiting its resources for personal gains. Mann noted that the people had rejected these leaders during the 2022 Assembly polls.

Mann accused the Centre of obstructing the funding for Aam Aadmi Clinics and withholding the Rural Development Fund worth Rs 5,500 crore. He urged the public to question the "silence" of BJP leaders Capt Amarinder Singh and Sunil Jakhar regarding the alleged "anti-Punjab" stance of the BJP.

In his address, Chief Minister Kejriwal highlighted that no previous government had allocated Rs 1,125 crore for the holistic development of Bathinda. He outlined the utilization of funds for the establishment of advanced schools, hospitals, and other essential facilities.

Kejriwal commended Chief Minister Mann for pro-people initiatives, including free and uninterrupted power supply, implemented over the past 18 months. The Delhi Chief Minister underscored the commitment of the Punjab Government to providing various facilities to the citizens.
