Punjab News : Punjab Government to Fill 269 Posts and Upgrade Printing Facilities in Printing and Stationery Department

Punjab News: The Punjab government is embarking on an initiative to fill 269 vacant positions in the printing and stationery department while also enhancing the capacity of its printing press, as announced by Aman Arora, the Minister of Printing and Stationery. This development comes after the approval of the department’s restructuring by the council of ministers led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.


  • Minister Aman Arora revealed that the restructuring of the printing and stationery department has received the green light from the state’s council of ministers.
  • In addition to addressing staffing needs, the government is committed to improving the government printing facility. To achieve this, the minister has instructed officials to expedite the acquisition of new machinery and state-of-the-art equipment, thereby ensuring that the Punjab Government Press in Mohali can offer top-notch services.
  • These efforts underscore the government’s dedication to strengthening the printing and stationery department and ensuring efficient operations.

Newly-Appointed Haryana BJP President Nayab Saini to Commence Public Programs

Nayab Saini, the newly-appointed President of Haryana’s BJP, is set to kick off a series of public programs starting from Saturday. The program is scheduled to commence in Jind and will continue until November 22.


  • The program is divided into two phases. The first phase is slated to run from Saturday to November 9, and the second phase will take place from November 17 to 22.
  • As part of these public programs, Nayab Saini will engage with public receptions and interact with district and block presidents of the party.
