Punjab News: In a series of successful operations, the Punjab Police, under the strong leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, has made significant strides in combating the drug menace across the state. Major Drug Seizures in Majha Region

In less than a month, over 30 kg of heroin has been recovered from the Majha region alone. The continuous efforts highlight the Punjab Police's dedication to eradicating drug trafficking and ensuring the safety and well-being of its citizens.

Detailed Timeline of Recoveries:

• June 11: Counter Intelligence of Punjab Police recovered 8 kg of heroin.
• June 20: Amritsar city police seized 20 kg of heroin in a major bust.
• June 28: The Border Security Force (BSF) in Amritsar recovered 6 kg of heroin.
• June 29: Amritsar rural police confiscated 8 kg of heroin.
• June 30: Amritsar city police recovered an additional 3 kg of heroin.
• July 1: Another 3 kg of heroin was seized by the authorities.

The drugs were recovered from a smuggler in Tarn Taran's Khemkaran on Monday, further showcasing the effectiveness of the ongoing operations.
