- June 28: The Border Security Force (BSF) in Amritsar recovered 6 kg of heroin.
- June 29: Amritsar rural police confiscated 8 kg of heroin.
- June 30: Amritsar city police recovered an additional 3 kg of heroin.
- July 1: Another 3 kg of heroin was seized by the authorities.
