Punjab Police Announces 1,746 New Vacancies, CM Bhagwant Mann Promises More Government Jobs for Youth

Fulfilling its commitment to providing employment opportunities, the Punjab Police Department has announced 1,746 new vacancies, giving a significant boost to job seekers in the state. The recruitment drive will be open from February 21 to March 13, allowing eligible candidates to apply online.

ਵਾਅਦੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ 'ਚ ਕੁੱਲ 1746 ਨਵੀਆਂ ਆਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਕੱਢੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਨੇ। 21 ਫ਼ਰਵਰੀ ਤੋਂ 13 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੱਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਨੇ। ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਾਡਰ 'ਚ 1261 ਅਤੇ ਹਥਿਆਰਬੰਦ ਕਾਡਰ 'ਚ 485 ਆਸਾਮੀਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

Breakdown of Vacancies

The Punjab Police recruitment drive includes openings in two categories:

✅ 1,261 positions in the District Cadre

✅ 485 positions in the Armed Cadre
