Punjab: The Punjabi government has frequently been heard declaring that it has zero tolerance for musicians and songs that encourage violence and violence in public or on social media. And only lately, the Ludhiana rural police detained a musician, a producer, and a record company for allegedly endorsing firearms in plain sight. The accused have reportedly been named as Love Music company, producer Satta DK, and Tari Kasapuria.

According to Punjab Government directives, any activity or song that celebrates violence or firearms on social media or in public view is completely illegal, according to SSP Harjeet Singh of Ludhiana Rural. And it's been asserted that the viral song "32 Bore" by singer Tari Kasapuria and producer Satta DK violates the guidelines mentioned above.

According to the reports, the suspects have also been charged with violating IPC sections 188 (disobedience to an order properly issued by a public official), 294 (obscene actions and songs), and 504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) at Sadar Raikot Police Station.
