Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann expressed deep sorrow over the incident and assured the public that those responsible for this tragedy will face the strictest legal action.

“These are not just deaths, they are murders,” Mann said in a strongly worded statement on social media. “The killers of innocent people will not be spared at any cost. Those who brought mourning into homes through poisonous alcohol will be given the harshest punishments under the law.”
