If you applied for BA, BSc, BCom, or similar courses, it’s time to check your admission status at the official portal — dceapp.rajasthan.gov.in.
How to Check the Merit List?
To view your selection status:
Visit the official website: dceapp.rajasthan.gov.in
Click on the “UG Admission 2025-26 Merit List” link
Enter your application number and date of birth
Submit and view your merit status
Save a screenshot or download the PDF for future reference
Today is the Deadline for Document Verification and Fee Payment
Candidates who find their name on the merit list must complete document verification and pay their admission fee via e-Mitra by today, July 11, or risk losing their admission. Those who fail to meet the deadline will have their applications automatically cancelled.
Documents Required at the College:
When visiting the allotted college for document verification, carry the following:
Class 12th marksheet
Aadhaar card
Domicile certificate
Category certificate (if applicable)
Passport-size photographs
Fee payment receipt (from e-Mitra)
What’s Next in the Admission Process?
Final preference & waiting list: Available until July 11
First allotment list: To be released on July 14
Subject and class details: Will be issued on July 15
Classes commence: From July 16, 2025
Students placed on the waiting list are advised to check the official website regularly for real-time updates on seat availability and further allotment rounds.

Candidates whose names do not appear in the first merit list should not lose hope. The Department of College Education has clearly mentioned that subsequent allotment rounds will depend on seat availability.
