Man in Rajasthan’s Jaipur district allegedly gave triple talaq over birth of a girl child

Despite the Supreme Court banning triple talaq, many cases of triple talaq come to the fore. A case of triple talaq has come to light in Ramganj area of ​​the capital Jaipur. The victim girl has filed a case against her husband in Ramganj police station. The victim alleges that for the past one year her husband used to torture her physically and mentally. Both their families, relatives and social workers also tried to explain but the husband threw them out of the house by saying talaq, talaq, talaq. A 22-year-old married woman is pleading for justice with a one-year-old innocent girl.

Sana Naaz, 22, was married to Amanullah two years ago. Everything was fine till one year of marriage. A year later, when Sana gave birth to a daughter, Amanullah was furious. After the birth of a daughter, the husband started torturing his wife physically and mentally.

The victim says that she suffered for some days. Later she informed this to her family. The families of both the relatives met and explained to Amanullah but his torture continued. Counseling was done before legal action but Amanullah did not desist from his antics. Now he threw the innocent girl and Sana out of the house by saying talaq thrice.

Disturbed by her husband's harassment, the victim Sana had lodged a report at the Ramganj police station about one and a half months ago. The police was still investigating the matter. In the meantime, Amanullah and his family somehow convinced Sana. After pleading, Sana submitted her resignation in that case. She wrote his resignation on a stamp of Rs 5000 and requested the police not to take any action against Amanullah. A month after the settlement, he threw Sana out of the house by saying triple talaq.

Ramganj Circle ACP Sunil Sharma says that on October 29, a married woman has filed a case against her husband for giving triple talaq. However, she has not mentioned divorce on having a daughter in the reason of triple talaq. The victim alleges that the husband threw her out of the house by saying talaq. The investigation of the case is at the preliminary stage at present. The accused will be arrested if the charges are proved in the investigation.
