Police arrest mastermind of teacher recruitment exam paper leak case

Bhupendra Saran, the mastermind of teacher recruitment paper leak in the state, has been arrested by Rajasthan ATS-SOG at Bengaluru airport at around 6.30 pm on Thursday. A reward of one lakh has been declared on Bhupendra. Director General of Police Umesh Mishra congratulated the entire team including ADG SOG Ashok Rathore, Udaipur SP Vikas Sharma and Superintendent of Police Jodhpur Rural Dharmendra Singh on the arrest of paper leak mastermind Bhupendra Saran. He told that for the encouragement of the team, the police personnel involved in this team will be called to the police headquarters and specially rewarded.

Teacher recruitment exam paper leak case

SOG-ATS ADG Ashok Rathore told that on Wednesday afternoon concrete information about Bhupendra Saran’s activity was received. A case was registered against Bhupendra Saran in Udaipur. In this case, he was absconding. The police team of Udaipur district was also included in this operation.

Bhupendra Saran came to Bangalore by taking a flight from Ahmedabad. SOG had concrete information that the accused was going from Ahmedabad to Bangalore. On this basis the team was sent to the airport. The accused has also visited Jalore, Bikaner, Barmer several times during this period. Bhupendra Saran was also involved in the GNM recruitment paper out case in the year 2011 and the police constable recruitment paper leak case in the year 2022. He has also gone to jail. Police has arrested Bhupendra Saran’s girlfriend and wife from Jaipur.

In police interrogation, Saran told that after the police action in Udaipur, he left Jaipur and went to Delhi. Then he left for Ahmedabad at his acquaintance’s place. He stayed in Ahmedabad for about 25 days. After this he returned to Rajasthan. Stayed here for a few days in Jalore, Bikaner, Barmer, Ajmer, Fagi. Fearing arrest, he fled to Ahmedabad again and stayed in Ahmedabad for 28 days. He told that for the last 6 days the police was camping in Bengaluru.
