Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Vasundhara Raje expressed her appreciation for Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and BJP Chief JP Nadda for the party’s remarkable performance in the Rajasthan state elections. Raje attributed the victory to the guiding principles of “Sabka saath, sabka vishwas, and sabka prayaas” provided by PM Modi. She also acknowledged the strategic contributions of Amit Shah and the effective leadership of JP Nadda. The BJP, leading on 114 seats, is poised to form the next government in Rajasthan, marking a significant political shift.

Former Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje Hails Collective Leadership Amidst BJP’s Triumph

Vasundhara Raje, the first woman chief minister of Rajasthan, praised the collective leadership approach within the BJP, highlighting the victory as a result of the party’s united efforts. Raje, who governed Rajasthan twice, refrained from active participation in party activities after the BJP lost power in 2018. Despite calls from her supporters to project her as the chief ministerial candidate, the BJP opted for a collective leadership model. The party’s decision to field over 40 of Raje’s supporters underscored the inclusive strategy.

BJP’s Impending Return to Power in Rajasthan Signals Political Transition

The BJP’s current lead on 114 seats in Rajasthan indicates a political transition in the state, known for changing governments every five years. The Congress, led by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, trails with a lead on only 70 seats. Vasundhara Raje’s acknowledgment of the leadership’s role in the victory reflects the party’s commitment to collaborative governance and the effective implementation of the principles set by PM Modi.
