Rajasthan: Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur get Jio 5G service

Rajasthan: Reliance To further improve connection across the country, Jio launched its 5G services in Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Udaipur. Jio True 5G services were unveiled by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on January 7 during a gathering at the State Data Center.
Jio 5G services will be made accessible in Kota, Bikaner, and Ajmer in the upcoming months. The goal of telecom provider Jio is to provide 5G services over the entire nation by the end of 2023.

Jio issued a statement

The telecom division of Reliance Industries, Jio, issued a statement in which it stated, “Starting today, the technological advantages of high-speed, low-latency, stand-alone True 5G services shall be made available to the people and businesses of these cities, opening new growth opportunities in the areas of tourism, manufacturing, SMEs, e-governance, education, healthcare, agriculture, automation, artificial intelligence, gaming, and IT.”

Every town, taluka, and tehsil in Rajasthan will get Jio True 5G coverage by the end of 2023, it was further said.

Jio consumers in Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Udaipur are welcome to take advantage of the “Jio Welcome Offer” and enjoy unlimited data at rates of up to 1 Gbps+ at no extra cost. In the city where the 5G service has been deployed, Jio is now providing 5G data to a small group of consumers.

Jio on Friday began offering its 5G services in Ludhiana, Siliguri, Gwalior, and Jabalpur. Jio has also stated that its 5G services are currently operational in 72 additional Indian cities.

Jio 5G will create new possibilities for growth in a variety of industries, including tourism, SMEs, manufacturing, education, healthcare, gaming, artificial intelligence (AI), agriculture, and many more.

“I congratulate the people of Rajasthan, particularly in Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Udaipur on the launch of 5G services. Jio has brought a quality improvement in e-services & 5G will bring a new revolution in the direction. The dream of good governance will also come true with 5G,” according to Ashok Gehlot.
