Rajasthan Weather Update: Heavy Winds and Light Showers Forecasted for Rajasthan in the Coming Days

As per Radheshyam Sharma, the director of Jaipur Meteorological Department, a new robust western disturbance is gaining momentum over Rajasthan from April 12th to 13th.

Rajasthan Weather Update: The meteorological department has predicted significant weather changes in various parts of Rajasthan in the upcoming days. According to the department, there is a possibility of strong gusty winds and light showers in Rajasthan in the next couple of days, attributed to the active western disturbance expected to intensify in the region.

Heavy Winds and Light Showers Forecasted for Rajasthan in the Coming Days

The impact of this western disturbance is anticipated to escalate the activities of winds and rainfall in the state. Due to the significant impact of the disturbance, brisk winds and sporadic showers are likely to occur in regions including Jodhpur, Bikaner, Ajmer, Kota, Jaipur, and Bharatpur between April 13th and 14th.

As per Radheshyam Sharma, the director of Jaipur Meteorological Department, a new robust western disturbance is gaining momentum over Rajasthan from April 12th to 13th. Its influence is expected to be widespread across the state, with wind speeds reaching 40 to 60 kilometers per hour during this period.

Presently, certain parts of Jodhpur and Bikaner divisions are recording maximum temperatures between 40 to 42 degrees Celsius, which is around 2 to 3 degrees above normal.

Anticipated Light Showers with Strong Winds

According to the Meteorological Center in Jaipur, there is a likelihood of sudden cloud formation and light showers accompanied by brisk winds in Kota, Jaipur, Bharatpur, and Udaipur divisions during the afternoons in the forthcoming 2-3 days. These areas may experience brief spells of heavy winds followed by light showers. Similarly, there are prospects of cloud formation and mild rainfall in some parts of Jodhpur, Bikaner, and Ajmer divisions on April 10th and 11th.
