Would parade rapists in public says Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has spoken of giving the harshest punishment to those who commit heinous crimes like rape. CM Gehlot said that he wants to cut the hair of such people and parade them in the market, so that the whole world can see.

Ashok Gehlot believes that this will make rapists forget to rape. The Chief Minister of Rajasthan said these things at a time when the whole country is shaken by the Kanjhawala incident in Delhi. However, obviously our law does not allow such punishment.

‘Rapists will forget to rape’

Actually, CM Gehlot is on Udaipur tour and during this he was talking to journalists. Meanwhile, he said, “If I can, I will cut the hair of gangsters and rapists and conduct a mass parade in the market and the public will see that he is a rapist. People who are rapists will forget to rape.”

After this he said that ‘…but it is our responsibility to follow the orders of the court’

CM Gehlot fiercely targeted BJP

At the same time, CM Gehlot fiercely attacked the BJP during this period. He said that the public outrage rallies of BJP are completely failing.

Accusing the BJP, the CM said that an attempt is being made to gather a crowd by getting obscene dances done. About half a dozen people are fighting for the CM face in BJP.

Central government also attacked

Regarding rising inflation in the country, CM Gehlot said that the central government is not paying attention to it. No work is being done by the Center to provide relief to the public, but the Rajasthan government is concerned about the poor, so from April 1, cylinders will be given to the poor at Rs.500.
