This long-awaited move is a major administrative solution, as earlier people used to travel to Bihar to avail themselves of the benefits of defence estates.

According to Prabhat Khabar, with this new office, the people of Jharkhand will be directly connected, and now the land documents, the renewal of leases, and other matters related to the estates under the Defence Ministry can be resolved quickly and efficiently.

Long-Standing Demand Finally Fulfilled

The construction of Ranchi DEO has fulfilled a long-standing demand raised by public representatives and war veterans of the region. BJP MP Sanjay Seth, who played a key role in lobbying for the office, was present there during the inauguration.
