Rape Case: In a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday, DCW chief Swati Maliwal addressed the allegations of a Delhi government officer who is accused of raping a minor girl. Maliwal requested in the letter that she be given a chance to meet the girl and her family, according to news agency ANI.

She also insisted that the girl receive proper medical care at AIIMS or that a team from AIIMS see her, and that an investigation be carried out into why Delhi Police was delaying the accused government official’s arrest.
