Malviya shared a video clip on social media, alleging that Tej Pratap, who appeared to be intoxicated, forced a constable to dance at the event. In his tweet, Malviya sarcastically wrote in Hindi, "Sipahi, thumka lagao nahi to suspend kar diye jaoge", which translates to "Constable, dance or be suspended." He further criticized the RJD leader, stating, "Satta gaye dashakon ho gaye, lekin RJD ke Rajkumar ki akad ab tak nahi gayi," meaning "It has been decades since RJD lost power, but their prince’s arrogance remains."
Amit Malviya Calls Out ‘RJD Arrogance,’ Shares Video Allegation
The incident, if proven true, could add to the long-standing allegations of high-handedness against the RJD family. Tej Pratap Yadav has been involved in controversies before, often making headlines for his aggressive behavior and eccentric statements. The BJP has used such instances to reinforce its narrative that the RJD embodies lawlessness and feudalistic arrogance.
So far, Tej Pratap Yadav has not responded to the allegations. The Bihar Police and the state administration have not issued any official statement regarding the viral video. However, the incident has sparked political outrage, with BJP leaders demanding accountability and action against the alleged misconduct.
The controversy is expected to further polarize Bihar’s political landscape, as the RJD and BJP continue their ongoing battle over governance, law and order, and political ethics.
