The annual program for cleansing the Underground Reservoir & Boosting Pumping Station would have an impact in certain Areas of the National Capital, according to an announcement made by the Delhi Jal Board on Tuesday, December 22, 2022.
Water supply issues will affect several areas of the National Capital on December 22 and December 23
Delhi Jal Board recommended households in a notification to stockpile water ahead of time, depending on their needs. Water tankers will also be made available in the affected areas.
The tweet from the Delhi Jal Board read as follows:
“Due to annual program for flushing of Underground Reservoir & Booster Pumping Station, water supply will be affected on 22.12.2022 & 23.12.2022 in the following areas. Residents are advised to store sufficient quality of water in advance as per requirement. Water tanker will be available on request:
