Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Kedarnath Dham on Friday on completion of 10 years of Kedarnath disaster. Chief Minister Dhami reached Kedarnath Dham in the morning and offered prayers after visiting Baba Kedar. Also paid tribute to the victims of the disaster. During this, Chief Minister Dhami also reviewed the reconstruction work going on at the Dham.
After 10 years of Kedarnath disaster
A tribute meeting was also organized in the Dham in the memory of those killed during the Kedarnath disaster. To participate in which, along with the Chief Minister, Shri Badri-Kedar Temple Committee President Ajendra Ajay also reached Kedarnath.
In the year 2013, the disaster in the form of deluge caused huge devastation in various areas including Kedarnath Dham. After the disaster, Prime Minister Narendra Modi kept the reconstruction work in the Dham as his top priority. Till now, reconstruction work has been done on a large scale in Kedarnath Dham. These works are in progress.
