The Chief Minister will hold a virtual dialogue on “Viksit Uttar Pradesh-2047” today with leaders and members of 17 municipal corporations, 200 municipalities, and 545 town councils, engaging with a total of 13,800 elected representatives from across the state.
Yogi Adityanath emphasized that the involvement of municipal bodies is the foundation of a prosperous state, ensuring that the aspirations of 25 crore residents of Uttar Pradesh are met effectively. The dialogue aims to explore innovative solutions, strengthen governance, and promote sustainable urban development.

Officials said the interaction will focus on sharing best practices, addressing urban challenges, and planning for infrastructure development, civic amenities, and smart city initiatives. By empowering local bodies, the government aims to create more responsive and citizen-friendly urban governance.
The Chief Minister reaffirmed his commitment to enhancing urban administration, promoting participatory governance, and leveraging the capabilities of municipal leaders to build a progressive, modern, and developed Uttar Pradesh by 2047.
