Global Investors Summit 2023: Union Home Minister Amit Shah attended the conclusion ceremony of the Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit on Saturday. During the event, Chief Minister Dhami welcomed Shah wearing a traditional mountain hat. Shah, after paying respects to the shrines of Baba Kedarnath and Badrinath, praised Chief Minister Dhami for the successful organization of the summit. He credited Dhami for the success of the Silkyara Operation, saving 41 lives trapped in the Silkyara Tunnel.

Shah acknowledged Chief Minister Dhami’s leadership in the successful rescue of 41 lives trapped in the Silkyara Tunnel. While monitoring the situation, Shah emphasized that the credit for the operation’s success goes to CM Dhami and applauded the government’s effective resolution of the crisis, which gained nationwide attention.

Amit Shah highlighted Uttarakhand’s unique blend of natural beauty, divine spirituality, corruption-free governance, and the need for investment. He assured investors that Uttarakhand’s transparent governance ensures a corruption-free environment, encouraging them to invest without concerns.

Shah praised the efforts of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in promoting the prosperity of smaller states. He expressed confidence that Uttarakhand is progressing and shared a positive image of the state’s current status, emphasizing the need for collective efforts to further advance.

Unveiling Infinite Possibilities of New Uttarakhand

Amit Shah revealed discussions about envisioning the destination Uttarakhand and the state’s ambitious goal of attracting two lakh crores. He applauded the administration for surpassing this target, reaching a staggering three lakh crores. The ceremony, with an MOU count of over three lakhs, marks the beginning of exploring the infinite possibilities for the new Uttarakhand.
