Uttarakhand News: Good News! The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has released the much-awaited notification for the positions of translators, typists, assistant librarians and assistant review officers in the state.

The application window for this amazing job opportunities is 31 December 2025 to 20 January 2026. The application fee is ₹150.
The pay-out for assistant review officer is ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400 per month (Grade Pay 4600), ₹47,600 to ₹1,51,100 per month (Grade Pay – 4800) for assistant librarian, ₹29,200 to ₹92,300 per month (Level 5) for translators and ₹29,200 to ₹92,300 per month (Level 5) for typists.
Educational Qualifications
- Assistant Review Officer: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and a typing speed of at least 9,000 key depressions per hour. A basic computer operation test covering MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Windows and Internet.
- Translator: A bachelor’s degree with English or Hindi as a subject. Must have good knowledge of computer operations and should have studied Hindi and English subjects in Intermediate (10+2).
- Assistant Librarian: Candidates must have basic computer knowledge and a graduate’s degree in Library science.
- Typist: Should have good computer knowledge and a bachelor’s degree. Must have a minimum speed of 30 words per minute on computer in English.
