Ankita Bhandari, who worked at Rishikesh Vanantara Resort in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, was murdered on 18 September. Hearing is going on in the Uttarakhand High Court in this case. Where the High Court has already rejected the petition demanding a CBI inquiry in this matter. At the same time, now a new twist has come in this matter. All the three accused in this case have categorically refused to undergo Narco Test and Polygraph Test. In this regard, an objection has been filed in the court on behalf of the three accused. Now the next hearing of this matter will be on January 3.
Ankita's family raised questions on the SIT investigation and also expressed dissatisfaction
On November 4, on behalf of Ankita's parents, an implimentation petition was filed in the petition of petitioner Ashutosh Negi. In the petition, Ankita's family raised questions on the SIT investigation and also expressed dissatisfaction. At the same time, the Uttarakhand Police and the SIT were also accused of hiding important clues in the case. But the single bench of the High Court had said that satisfactory work is being done by the SIT in this matter. After this, the petition demanding CBI inquiry was dismissed. According to the decision of the High Court, it has become clear that there will be no CBI inquiry into the Ankita Bhandari murder case.
Meanwhile, now a new twist has come in the Ankita Bhandari Murder case. The accused have turned away from getting their narco and polygraph tests done. An objection has been filed in the court on behalf of the three accused in the case, in which a clear reason has been asked for conducting the narco test.
Advocate Amit Sajwan, appointed on behalf of the accused, has filed an objection petition in the court. At the same time, all the three accused have refused to get the narco test done through video conferencing. The next hearing of the case will be on January 3.
