The year 2024 witnessed Uttarakhand breaking new ground across various sectors. Scholarships and employment opportunities were introduced for youth, paving the way for their bright futures. Women empowerment took center stage with programs linking them to new livelihood avenues. Infrastructure saw a significant boost with expanded air connectivity and the establishment of smart classrooms in schools. 2025: A Year of Transformation and Opportunity

As Uttarakhand enters its 25th year, the government is set to introduce transformative changes under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. Hosting the National Games will place Uttarakhand on the national map, while significant policy reforms, including the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) and revised land laws, will strengthen the state’s socio-economic structure.

The Delhi-Dehradun Expressway will accelerate connectivity and development, and enhanced heli-services will improve access to remote areas.
