Bulandshar Video: Shocker! Miracle Baba Rapes Woman Who Came For Husband's Cancer Cure

The misuse of religious authority by self-styled godmen has long been a troubling reality in India. The recent Bulandshar video is nothing but another repetition of the same incidents.

A helpless woman was accused of assault while seeking help for a baba in the Ahmedgarh region of Bulandshahr district in Uttar Pradesh. The question arises of how long these fraudsters will exploit people's faith and modesty.

The Victim Went to The Baba for the Cancer Treatment of her Husband

The official handle @WeUttarPradesh shared a shocking and disturbing report on X, shedding light on yet another shameful incident from Uttar Pradesh. In Bulandshahr’s Ahmedgarh area, a woman seeking help for her ailing husband fell prey to a so-called "miracle baba."

The accused, identified as Roop Kishore Meena, posed as a spiritual healer and promised medicine for the woman's husband, who is suffering from cancer. Exploiting her vulnerability, the self-styled baba allegedly raped her under the guise of divine intervention.

After the traumatic incident, the victim bravely filed an FIR at the Ahmedgarh police station. Police acted swiftly, arresting Roop Kishore and taking him into custody.

In an official statement, the police confirmed, “Based on the woman's complaint, a case has been registered. The accused has been taken into custody and is being interrogated. The victim is undergoing medical examination, and a detailed investigation is in progress.”

The incident has once again raised serious questions about the unchecked rise of such so-called godmen exploiting faith and trust for personal gain.

Initial Updates From Police on the Viral UP Video

The initial police report claims that the victim went to the miraculous Baba, named Roop Kishore Meena, for her husband's cancer treatment. The Baba took advantage of the helpless lady to satisfy his lust.

After the assault, the victim took courage to file an FIR with the Ahmedgarh police. Police have also taken action by arresting the Baba for interrogation, and the woman is undergoing medical examinations for proof of the assault.    

Godmen Preaching Injustice is Not New 

The misuse of the Sanatan dharma by these so-called self-proclaimed godmen is not new to this country. Following the shameful cases of Baba Ram Rahim, Rampal, and Asaram Bapu, this incident does not sound unfamiliar. These cases reflect a broader problem: the unchecked influence of fake spiritual leaders who prey on people's faith and exploit them sexually or economically.

This is yet another deeply distressing incident, and it demands justice without delay. The government needs to take action to rectify such fraud and inform the general public.
