Yogi Adityanath said, “The news of the demise of Buddhist monk Shri Bhante Gyaneshwar Ji, Burma Temple, Kushinagar, is deeply saddening. He was a renowned saint, lifelong dedicated to the principles of Buddhism and the propagation of Lord Buddha’s message of peace and humanity.”

Concluding his message, CM Yogi prayed for the peace of the departed soul and conveyed strength to the bereaved disciples and followers, stating, “ॐ शांति!”
