The Uttar Pradesh government, led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, is set to provide appointment letters to 3,572 newly selected candidates for key government positions in Lucknow.

The appointments include 3,446 Technical Assistants (Group C) selected for the Agriculture Department and 126 Mandi Secretaries (Category 3, Class 2) for the Mandi Parishad. The recruitment has been conducted through a selection process overseen by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC).

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said connecting young people with employment opportunities and helping them become self-reliant remains a top priority of the state’s “double-engine government.”
The chief minister highlighted the importance of providing opportunities to young talent while recognising their hard work. He said the government is working towards fulfilling its vision of a “capable youth, strong Uttar Pradesh.”
The appointment-letter distribution programme is expected to provide a major career opportunity to thousands of selected candidates and strengthen the workforce in the state’s agriculture and market administration sectors.
The Uttar Pradesh government has emphasised transparent and merit-based recruitment as part of its broader efforts to expand employment opportunities for young people.
