Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday asserted that the growing confidence within the state is rooted in the strong rule of law, which has created a secure environment for governance, investment and youth empowerment. He was speaking at the PAC Foundation Day–2025 ceremony held in Lucknow.
Addressing the gathering, CM Yogi Adityanath said that good governance cannot exist without law and order. “Only in a secure atmosphere can we guarantee good governance. Safe governance ensures secure investment, and secure investment becomes the medium to fulfil the aspirations of our youth,” he stated.

The Chief Minister emphasised that Uttar Pradesh’s improved security situation has played a major role in attracting investment and generating employment opportunities. He said that investor confidence grows when law and order is strong, which directly contributes to economic growth and social stability.
Praise for PAC’s Nation-Building Role
CM Yogi Adityanath also praised the Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) for its innovative initiatives aimed at instilling patriotism and discipline among citizens. He described PAC’s efforts as commendable, noting that the force has played a crucial role not only in maintaining internal security but also in strengthening the spirit of nationalism.
Commitment to Strong Policing and Governance
Reiterating the government’s commitment to security reforms, the Chief Minister said that Uttar Pradesh will continue to strengthen its police forces through modernisation, training and welfare measures. He added that peace, safety and good governance remain central to the state’s development agenda.
