Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that the double-engine government’s continuous efforts have transformed Uttar Pradesh’s development landscape, ensuring speed and progress from villages to cities and from roads to airports.

He highlighted that 16 airports are currently fully operational in the state, while 5 others are under construction. Among them, 4 international airports — Lucknow, Varanasi, Kushinagar, and Ayodhya — are already functioning. The upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar, set to become the largest in the country, will soon be operational, further boosting regional connectivity and economic growth.

Chief Minister also mentioned that seven expressways

The Chief Minister also mentioned that seven expressways — including Purvanchal, Bundelkhand, and Ganga Expressway — have made travel faster, easier, and safer for residents and businesses alike. This expansion of expressways is linking distant parts of the state, attracting new industries, and reducing travel time significantly.

He added that Uttar Pradesh now possesses the largest rail network in the country, connecting villages and cities with improved passenger and freight transport systems. These infrastructural advancements are opening up new avenues for investment, tourism, and employment generation.

Calling it an ‘Infrastructure Revolution,’ CM Yogi said this development wave symbolizes the strength, capability, and vision of a ‘New Uttar Pradesh’, one that stands at the forefront of India’s growth story.
