During the interaction, people from various districts presented their grievances related to administration, health, land, police matters, and welfare schemes. CM Yogi attentively listened to each complaint and assured the applicants that their issues would be resolved in a timely and transparent manner.
Officials present at the Janata Darshan were instructed to follow up on each case personally and submit progress reports within a fixed timeline. CM Yogi emphasized that public service is the foremost duty of the administration and that every grievance represents a citizen’s trust in the government. He also highlighted that regular monitoring and field-level accountability are key pillars of the state’s governance model, ensuring that benefits of government schemes reach the last person without discrimination.
