CM Yogi Adityanath Listens to Public Grievances During Janata Darshan, Issues Directions for Swift Redressal

The Chief Minister asked officials to closely monitor each case and ensure that genuine beneficiaries receive timely relief.

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath held a Janata Darshan programme at his official residence in Lucknow, where he listened to grievances of people who had come from various districts of the state. A large number of citizens raised issues related to administration, welfare schemes, and personal hardships.

Taking serious note of each complaint, the Chief Minister directed concerned officials to ensure prompt, effective, and time-bound resolution of all public grievances. He reiterated that the service and safety of the people of Uttar Pradesh remain the government’s top priority and that negligence in addressing public issues will not be tolerated.

Issues Directions for Swift Redressal

During the interaction, matters related to revenue, policing, housing, health, education, and social welfare were prominently discussed. The Chief Minister asked officials to closely monitor each case and ensure that genuine beneficiaries receive timely relief.

The Janata Darshan initiative is being viewed as a strong instrument of good governance and direct public outreach, providing citizens an opportunity to directly convey their concerns to the Chief Minister. Yogi Adityanath reaffirmed that his government is firmly committed to the welfare, security, and dignity of the state’s 25 crore people, working continuously with a people-centric approach.

Officials present during the Janata Darshan were instructed to coordinate closely with district administrations and submit regular progress reports on the complaints received. The Chief Minister emphasized that delays or lapses in grievance redressal would invite strict accountability, especially in cases involving vulnerable sections of society.

Special attention was given to issues concerning women, senior citizens, farmers, and economically weaker sections. Yogi Adityanath underlined that public trust in the administration depends on transparency, responsiveness, and ground-level action, and urged officers to treat every grievance with empathy and seriousness.

The Chief Minister also stressed the importance of leveraging technology to track grievance disposal and ensure follow-ups until final resolution. He said such interactions strengthen the bridge between the government and citizens, making governance more inclusive and responsive.

Through regular Janata Darshan programmes, the Uttar Pradesh government aims to institutionalize direct communication with the public, reinforcing its commitment to good governance, law and order, and welfare-driven administration.
